Pennington & Trim has been serving central Mississippi since 1987. We do residential, commercial, and small industrial – specializing in new construction. We offer burglar, fire and panic alarms as well as CCTV (Closed Circuit Television).

How we are different:
If you own your house, car, and the clothes on your back, why would you want to rent a security system? A lot of alarm companies offer great deals on the front end and want you to sign a 36-month contract for monitoring (usually around $34.95 per month). In most cases, the company retains ownership of the equipment, and the customer signs another contract when the initial 36-month contract expires.

At Pennington & Trim we don't believe in contracts.
We simply sell you the equipment on the front end, and offer you the monitoring for $23 per month with no contract. Why is that important? Nobody knows your future. If some unexpected financial situation arose, you can just call us and ask us to terminate your monitoring and we will do so immediately. However, the national companies don’t care, they want their money regardless. We believe we are only as good as last month's service. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time with no contract to buy out.
